it is nice for a small light camera, but if ur camera is very small point and shoot i won’t recommend it. it is tiny, really tiny, like 5 inches long

This item replaced the Canon one that I lost. It’s exactly the same thing at half the cost. Very handy accessory for those digital cameras that seem to get smaller and smaller. It’s a great tool for taking timed shots at different angles by moving a leg. The camera user can hold the tripod when taking photos of themselves (if the camera has a 2-second timer feature). Overall, I recommend this item to everyone! Get two of them if you can!

It even holds up my Panasonic DMC-FZ35 if I’m careful, what do you want for six bucks?

I take a lot of model railroad photos, and needed a tripod that could be bent to accommodate various “terrain” and scenery on a model railroad layout. Having seen various pictures of the Gorilla tripods being bent into all sorts of ridiculous positions, I thought I’d be getting something similar by purchasing this tripod. Not so. It is flexible and sturdy, but it’s flexibility is limited. For example, the Gorilla tripods apparently can be bent into a shape that allows them to be hooked over the edge of a tabletop. The Digipower tripod won’t do that. Also, bending the legs leaves little black flecks of paint all over your hands.

I love this tripod because it is small enough to fit in a camera case or purse, the legs bend so you can get a level shot no matter what surface your tripod is on, and the connection is a universal size so it fits many different cameras (we have a Canon Power Shot). Bought this one for a gift. My husband and I first used ours on our honeymoon in Maui and most recently in London and Paris. No need to buy an expensive one, the less expensive ones seem exactly the same.
